What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through a form on this website:

• Contact enquiries: your name, email address, company (optional), the type of enquiry and your message.
• Newsletter subscriptions: your email address and, optionally, your first name.
• Platform waitlist: your first name, work email, company, role and the challenge you would like the platform to help with.

Why we collect it

Contact details are used to reply to your enquiry and to discuss potential work. Newsletter details are used to send Researcheo Intelligence. Waitlist details are used to contact you about early access to the Researcheo platform.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our managed database, which is accessible only to Researcheo. Records are not published or exposed anywhere on this website.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently run analytics tracking, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Enquiry and request forms are handled directly by Researcheo, with no third-party scheduling widget.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and subscriber records for as long as they remain relevant to an ongoing or potential working relationship, and remove them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete anything you have submitted, or to unsubscribe you from the newsletter, by emailing hello@researcheo.app. We will action it and confirm.
